I always return to this place, they never disappoint me. They even helped me with a late departure once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, welcome drink, paid airport shuttle, laundry. No pets allowed. No smoking on site. I'm coming back for the weekend.

We had an amazing stay at Sabini Rentals - Affittacamere. The apartment was easy to find and located close to the seafront, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful town of Santa Margherita Ligure. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed without being intrusive. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and we loved the view from the balcony, especially when enjoying a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The location was convenient, with the train station just a short walk away and a regular bus service to Portofino from the center. our experience was fantastic, and we hope to return in the future.

We really got great value for our money at this place. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and a lovely courtyard. The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. The staff, Cristina and Giancarlo, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with local tips and making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room I stayed in at Sabini Rentals had a balcony with a city view, which was absolutely amazing! I felt like I was living in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure. Plus, the room had a kitchenette with a microwave, so I could make quick snacks whenever I wanted. The private bathroom was also a great feature - clean and convenient.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the ceiling fan in the room. I prefer air conditioning, but I understand that some people may enjoy the more traditional cooling option.

Loved the fact that the airport is a whole 30 km away, because who doesn't love a long journey? And it's strongly recommended to arrive in the afternoon, because why make things easy?

Oh, and the property is conveniently set 2 km from the beach, because who wants to be near the sea when you're staying at the beach? So disappointing.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of this hotel. The general areas were beautifully furnished with a touch of elegance, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff ensured that there were no stairs to climb and provided convenient handrails in the hallways. It made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is if the children working there could have offered assistance with carrying luggage to and from the rooms. Though they were friendly and helpful, having some assistance with the heavier bags would have been greatly appreciated.

With the nearest airport being a mere 41 km away, it made my journey to and from the accommodation hassle-free. I absolutely loved the presence of a balcony in my room. The scorching heat during my visit made it impossible to sleep without the balcony doors open and the ceiling fan on. The balcony provided a much-needed relief, allowing for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

While my experience at Sabini Rentals - Affittacamere was largely positive, there was one minor drawback that I encountered. The lack of air conditioning in the room was rather disappointing, especially considering the intense heat we experienced during our stay.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the easy accessibility of the apartment, its close proximity to the seafront, and the charming town. The locals were friendly and sociable, making our stay enjoyable.
